The fully automatic thin blade slitting scorer machine can be used together with the high speed production line. Its location in the production line is shown in the diagram ⑩. The product employs independently servo regulated slitting blade and creasing wheel for quick, accurate and reliable changing of orders. Additionally, the slitting and creasing speeds feature frequency control in synchronization with the speed of the cardboard. The creasing clearance will be automatically adjusted when the order is changed.

The fully automatic thin blade slitting scorer machine is equipped with an 8'' colorful touch screen as a standard for convenient monitoring of field operation. It also has a standard configuration of a communication interface which can be networked with the central management system for realizing automatic order changing and management. This product can be optionally fitted with the automatic deviation correction system for automatic tracking of the deckle edge and the color line to rectify the deviation.
