Modular Single Facer
Roller Changeable Corrugated Cardboard Single Facer
The Dinghao modular corrugated cardboard single facer is designed and manufactured with flute rollers, a suction cover, and suction tube. All of these components are housed in one relatively compact unit with a hanging structure designed to shorten change time for maintenance and roller combination switching. The PLC program control and machine interface allow for easy and safe operation.

Structural Features
The PLC controller is designed for glue content adjusting following speed and the motor for micro scorer gap adjusting through gear with figure shown on the human-machine interface through displacement sensor. The gluing and adjusting content is digitally shown on the human-machine interface matched with the gap of gluing roller, and adjusting roller can be made by both manual and auto control.
The modular single facer adopts auto-cycle glue supply, pneumatic gluing and releasing for better buffering effect, and gluing width is electrically adjusting.
The gluing roller is surface treated with special aniloxing and chrome plating.
The corrugated cardboard single facer adopts wind adsorption for paper guide to keep flute stability at high speed.
The flute paper is adsorbed to the middle flute roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish flute rolling through vacuum box by fan.
The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.0, greatly reducing the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.
The modular single facer adopts gimbal transmission to separate the vibration source, which makes the maintainability higher, the transmission more stable and the operation more reliable.
It is matched with spray tube, steam slot, spray valve and spray nozzle for paper softening in case of flute damage to ensure better paper shaping.
