The design speed of our corrugated cardboard sheet slitting cutting machine is 100m/min, production speed is 60 to 80m/min, cutting length is 500 to 9999mm and cutting accuracy is ±1mm.
The computer can store multiple groups of orders for reviewing, modification, addition and cancelation at any time. It is separated from the human-machine interface. The 7 inch colorful touch screen is adopted for information display. The slitting cutting machine comes with optimum quality servo motor and advanced servo driver imported from Germany. Its transmission gear is fabricated from 40Cr and tempered. The gear surface is quenched and grinded. Accordingly, the drive gear has high transmission accuracy and low noise level. Additionally, the transmission system is lubricated in an automatic and circulating manner with the assistance of the oil pump.
The flat plate blade, inlaid with high speed steel, has high hardness and long service life. The high precision adjustable seamless gear guarantees precision meshing of knife edges, thus attributing to premium quality cuts, high straightness accuracy and good protection of blades. The cut paperboard is conveyed out in two directions via the transmission device, improving working efficiency. In addition, this slitting cutting machine is convenient for maintenance. It can be adopted in high efficiency production for color printing enterprises.
